Based on the needs and integration needed, it shall take 24 to 48 hours.

What is the transition mechanism for Per hour MSP Heros?
We basically gather all the information from your environment including logins for PSA, RMM, IT Documentation, Emails and more. Ensuring we have 2 FA setup for each one of them and then provide services. We can explain more if needed.

Do you perform Onboarding and Offboarding work for our customer?
Yes, we do it for our partners and everything is white labeled. We ensure it is performed and followed as a normal process from one of your own internal engineers.

How do I assign a normal ticket for work to be done after hours?
We become a team member for you and a part of your service queue. You do it just like assigning it to one of your own engineer.
