Based on the pre defined escalation matrices which is shared before the start of services, there can be notifications, escalations and alerts sent to partners or MSP's. This includes phone, ticket and email escalations including any other ways if possible. Highly qualified and efficient engineers at the NOC, know well about every alert that comes through your RMM tool and whether it needs immediate remediation or just information. Based on the situation and of course escalation hours and types mentioned, engineers will react and address the situation.

Using these services, MSP's or partners can be rest assured that MSP Heros team will keep an eye on the alerts sent by the RMM and remediate as needed on 24x7 basis. Server Management runs as a parallel service to alerting process and more inclined towards keeping the infrastructure healthy with optimized performance. Engineers working on your clients IT Infrastrucuture are highly trained and certified which also includes years of experience working on these technologies.
