    Our team will develop a transition plan internally and suggest further course based on the need.

  • Knowledge Transfer and Documentation

    Our team will gather all the relevant information from MSP about the tools including RMM, PSA and IT Documentation portals. Additionally, they may take certain steps to ensure we are fully white labeled and none of our team members are visible to MSP Customers.

  • Kick Off

    Based on information gathered and processes setup, we will kick off with few days considered to be onboarding period.
