We have been established since 2010 with major focus on MSP Services. Our Founder has been working has more than 18 years of experience into MSP industry. His previous experience included working on platforms such as Zenith Saaz, Kaseya, Level Platforms, Labtech, Continuum and many more. MSP Heros has strong foundation and business knowledge about MSP industry. We have been serving MSP's since 2010 and our focus has been to help them grow.

We help Managed Services Provider build and develop the Back office and Support Mechanisms to ensure automated delivery of IT Services to their clients. We have grown over a period of time and team of experienced people with more than a decades experience in supporting and managing technologies for the clients.

We ensure quality of Services and level of confidentiality while working with our partners.

By partnering with MSP's for the entire monitoring, management and escalations matrices to us, they can concentrate more on the business, apart from worrying on the tools and processes to be used. Timeline

2010

Started as a single person company as work from home helping small MSP's on consultant basis.

2012

Establshed MSP Heroswith office including a 24x7 NOC team for supporting MSP's in US, Canada and Australia

2017

Moved to a bigger office space and diversified our service offerings from NOC to Dedicated Resources and Service Requests along with NOC 24x7.

2019

Started Pay per hour MSP services targetting large MSP's who offer 24x7 support to their Customers.

2023

Rebrand our firm with more focus and relevance to MSP's as MSP Heros.
